It's totally fucked they can pick and choose shows. I see artists available in one city but not in another.

All they're doing is giving away lawn seats that wouldn't otherwise sell. Then they make money back on beer sales, parking etc. this is only a net positive for them.
This is one reason I didn't want to go to Matchbox 20 at Lakewood in Atlanta (where DMB plays 90% of the time). Aside from it being far away, in a ghetto area, you also have to pay for parking.

Verizon Wireless is in the suburbs, closer to me, where D&T played last and DMB did 2 nights some years ago, and the tickets always include parking. But none of the voucher shows there were interesting to me.

Unfortunately there have been 0 shows in Austin. I have been having fun giving these away though. I just posted 2 lawn tickets to the Wilco show in Camden in next Friday in ticket exchange if anyone is interested.

I redeemed for an Incubus show and they just sent me an email that I get a free download of the new Jimmy Eat World EP and a free physical copy of the new Incubus CD. That could not have worked out any better.

What amazes me is that, despite the millions and millions spent on this lawsuit, they still charge ridiculous service fees.

On my last purchase a few weeks ago I had $40 in fees. The fees cost as much as one of the tickets.
