I got boned this morning, my app never worked and the computer gave me nothing!

First time doing Darien, and I can't find a detailed seating chart. Got sec 201, row 7, seat 1. Does anyone know which aisle that's on?

That should be on the inside aisle. The numbers start at the center and move out. Those will be some nice seats.

Thank you, I'm so glad! It kept giving me seat 21 in the same section, but I went with my hunch and held out.

I'll be going solo from Toronto, sliding through US Customs after work with my NEXUS card (and trying to get to work for 9am the next day). I may be insane.

As long as you're not stuck in the lot forever you should be fine. I have an hour drive home, but have to be back at work at 7. Coffee will be my friend.

How bad are the obstructed view seats back in the 400s?

I've never had the obstructed view seats, but the 400s are decent. the most important thing is that they're not lawn.

Can't wait for the inevitable DMBdownpour this year at Darien. This will be my 9th show here. Stoked it's in June- spaces out my concerts pretty nicely. Can't stand the lawn(have been the last 8 years and last year may have been my final straw) but haven't been able to pull anything but sec 400 tickets. Kinda being a brat about them. I'd like 200 or 300- anything but the pit in this case.

That is a great seat..i sat there last year, a few rows back and they were really good. Congrats... I love Darien..always a good good time and good sets, even in the rain...

How in the fuck do we get around parking in the main lot now? My excuse that I am going to the park, going to pick my kids up at the park, FUCK!!!!


I'm almost ready to sell me Section 202 Row 5 seats I hate parking there soooooo fucking bad.

I was in the 100's last year. Guy next to me snagged his seat the day of the show. I would guess there will be some available.

I have 101, row 14 seat 17 which is the outside aisle next to handicap accessible seating Stefan side...essentially 7th row of seats behind pit. A friend knows someone looking to trade out of pit and I am thinking about it, but remember the pit was SO overcrowded last year and it seemed impossible to get in/out of during the show because of security. Anyone know if this is the norm and if I should just stay put in seats or if last year was just a freak occurrence and a trip into the pits would be fine? I have N2 pits at Hartford and have heard it's a much larger pit that they don't oversell, so Darien wouldn't be my only pit of the summer...Darien was beyond packed last year and I'm not THAT interested in dealing with not having any space again.

I'd keep the ones you have - they are great seats, and if the pit was that packed and hassle-filled, you'd be better off where you are.

This is where I was last year, except on Boyd side. Great seats. And having the extra space of the handicapped seats was nice for a little extra elbow room.

It was probably me next to you.

I hit a ticketmast drop at 3pm day of show, so there should be tickets available. It wasn't by chance though. I was checking throughout the day and hit it as soon as it popped up on the live seat map. It was only a single too.

edit: and yes they were the best seats i've ever had at darien. easy in & out for bathroom, beer, and end of show.
