Now the price of the room has increased (still under $100 so I'm not TOO concerned, as it won't cost me any money out of my pocket) and the shipping cost hasn't been refunded back to me and I need the room next weekend.

So when it shipped on Tuesday, they sent it regular ass fucking USPS. Like, it sounds like they dropped it in an envelope, wrote a few numbers and letters on the front in crayon, and hoped for the best.
They also tell me now that since I placed it on Thanksgiving it wouldn't have shipped until they opened for business this Monday (then why the fuck did you offer to have it shipped to me on Saturday).
And since it's 330p local time for them, and offices are going to be closing for the weekend soon, I won't even hear back until "early to mid next week". No, fuckface. That won't work for me. I needed the gift card last weekend, that's why I placed the order to have it in time.
What a complete mess.
