The long islands are bigger but also loaded with ice. Houlihan's is across the interstate so, if you plan to walk to the show it could get a little dicey on the overpass.

Chuy's is closest, but the bar is kind of cramped.

Grub's or The Big Chill are probably the best fit atmosphere wise (they are next door to each other). I've never been to The Big Chill though, it's fairly new. The Bonefish bar isn't too bad, there's a nice long high top table if you can secure it, but it's also pricey obviously.

Ticket prices are posted: $85, $75, and $40.50.

The pit seats are just folding seats, so they could easily be removed. I'm still trying to find out if Foster the People had seats or not, their tickets were all one price though.

Is the pit for sure seated? If so I would request pit, but I'm not a standing up for X hours kinda guy, I like my "Jimi break"

I don't know. I'm just saying the seats in that area aren't bolted down or anything. I tend to lean toward it being seated, but it could totally go the other way.

It will not be a seated pit. The WH listing says "GA pit" and I called up before the avett brothers went on sell to ask if they were having a pit or not and if they were how big it would be. The girl told me that anytime there is a pit they remove all of the seats in section A. Ii belive foster the people was a pit. I had some friends that went. There was a huge storm that night and not that many people came, so i think thye let them all into the pit.

Yep, Amp has replied and said it will be a standing pit.

A question that does need to be asked is whether the AMP will be participating in the Citi presale since the venue sells all the tickets to ths shows rather than TM or LN.

Yeah, my preference changed when I started dragging my wife to shows.

I used to love showing up early, rushing the stage when the gates open, etc. After sweating it out in the summer though and getting my wife involved, I've mellowed out on that. Give me a nice seat so I can go pee and get drinks and not have to fight to get back to my spot.

Yes, they sell directly. Last year when they had Blake Shelton open the venue their ticketing system was awful. Now tickets were $5 and $10 I think and it was a country concert, the first one, etc... Anyway, the system puts you in line, tells you your spot in line, then when you get to the front gives you the opportunity to select your preference and buy the tickets. You are not supposed to refresh the page, it should auto-update. My experience (and several others) was that either your spot in line would get worse as you waited or the page would quit updating. I experienced both as I was on two devices. I finally refreshed the page and my spot in line updated to a much better one. I'm hoping I score seats on the WH.

If I get screwed on tickets to see DMB in my backyard because of a ticket system glitch... imma be pissed

Yea I took the morning the tickets go on sale off work. I think my plan is to go to the box office with phone in hand and try to buy online while I'm in line. If I get section b Pavilion I'll just buy them and leave. I'd normally do pit but it's my gfs first show and she is only like 5'3.

My wife doesn't want to do pit and I really don't either. I like having a seat. Maybe the WH got all section B for this show. That would be awesome

I've got every poster I've went to except for Dallas/Texas 05,06 and 07. I'll definitely get this one as it's a rare occurrence for them to be in Arkansas.

Hahaha I'm about to run out of space. My Southaven one takes up nearly an entire wall with all the extras in it.

When/if we have children I'm moving to another room that will have more wall space. Should've chose it to begin with!

I was lucky on getting my stuff framed as my friend's mom who basically adopted me as her 3rd child when I was younger, owns/operates a framing shop. She did all but my last 2 for free.

Southaven was $116. My wife got our Dallas 2014 backstage passes, tickets, and poster framed for my anniversary present last year and she did it for $75. Can't complain after how many she did for free!

I can't believe how it all came together but I feel extremely fortunate. I hope I never come off as bragging, because I know I probably sound like it, but I'm so excited and it's been a dream for years.

I'm skipping Dallas this year because it's always a cluster with the crew load in being the 2nd show. Just glad there's the break before Arkansas. Hopefully they set up that Monday night and the venue doesn't try to screw me over like Southaven did.

I'm betting Walmart or something natural (mountains, etc.) possibly the state flag. Razorbacks would be cool, but I'm an Arkansas State fan first, though I hold degrees from both.
