I'll try to find a more updated list.

Since Billboard has only been using Soundscan since 1991, the list doesn’t provide data about the best-selling music of all time, but it does give a clear window into the past 20 years and the artists who dominated those decades. Coming in third in the ranks was Mariah Carey with 53.6 million, followed by Metallica who sold 53.1 million albums. Here's a thing with Garth. You can't legally DL his music. You have to buy physical copies. Not sure if this has helped or hindered his sales, but it's weird.

I bring new people to shows every summer for the last 7, and people walk away wanting more every time. DMB is still a very show despite what people here think

Dragged my best buddy to Raleigh last summer, and pre-show he told me that he had already decided that he hated DMB just from how much I had listened to them and was sick of it.

This year, he's on board for 3 shows with minimal coercion.

No... Close though. They are second to Celine Dione, per that list. Probably because of her stay in Vegas.
