I had 3 fitness goals when I started, do a 5k, do a pull up and do the monkey bars at the gym. So far, I've only conquered the monkey bars.

You can a 5K anytime of the year, anywhere. There is one my 'hood in early March that I do, but do a Google search for 5K in [your area] and you will find plenty to chose from.

Upgraded from a 4S to the 6 in March. I loved my 4S, so it was tough to part with it. Took me about 3 weeks to get used to the 6, the size, shape, weight... it is all very different then the 4S. I won't lie, the larger screen on the 6 is nice, but it doesn't fit in my pockets on my clothes or jackets that easy. 6 Plus would be too much.

Always remember Oct 1 (and Oct 2) fondly. Ended an incredible week of shows for me back in 2007. The last two, Oct 1 and 2, were at the Hollywood Bowl. Not my favorite venue, but we had an awesome group that hit those shows. It was also the last shows I would get with Roi, so they will always hold a special place. Couple that with John Mayer on 41, Exodus with the Marly's and 34 with words and it was couple of nights to remember.

It's fucking insane. It really is. There's no excuse.

If Isis killed 10 and wounded dozens more, there'd be retribution. But it was just a n American with a gun, so no biggie.

Yeah, I've done some googling to try and fine some. There is a breast cancer one locally in the next few weeks, def not ready for that one.

I've done the color run, very fun! I prefer mud runs though, like Warrior Dash, I really want to try to do Tough Mudder next year but I need to step up my running game

Tough Mudder has some 'local' races coming up. NY/NJ In November, then New England June 2016. Prices are a little steep, currently $200 for NY/NJ and $135 for New England, but I have heard they are fun events.

Yeah I would do the New England one. Unfortunately its up a damn mountain in Vermont haha. Luckily I would have a while to train. I want to do it with my brother but he is such a fast runner I would feel bad holding him back. He did the Boston Marathon in 3:37.

You saw Ben Howard, right? Do you really like him, or was it just a show at Red Rocks to see? He was at Boston Calling last weekend. I was thoroughly bored. I like 1 song by him (Keep your head up) and he didn't even play it. haha. Not saying he is bad, just not my style for a music festival!

I like him as in he's a-ok but not my favorite by any means. It was also one of the only shows that we could fit in that would work for us both time-wise.

He's not really music festival material IMO.

The couple songs of his that I am a big fan of, also weren't played this weekend - lol.

It was absolutely FREEZING at Red Rocks.

I've been hearing that that they are going to do away with EDM shows at The Rocks because the bass is compromising the stability of the rocks... not sure of the validity behind that. Have to look further into.

Red eye out of Denver at 12:45am, landed in NYC just after 6am and then shot over to work. I never sleep on planes and the pressure was really messing with my head.

Should be an exciting day! Hoping I will be allowed to split a little early.

Yea Denver started to play a bit sloppy and was giving Minnesota ALOT of time to work with the ball... their defense started to lose some steam.

That stadium is amazing!! And SO loud! So happy I was able to go!
