Best DMB Jam Peaks

There are so many to name, but I wanted everyone to share some of their favorites.

A few that come to mind immediately for me are:

Dreaming Tree from Live Trax 2008 (on Spotify) Rashawn's horn solo and it peaks around 9:25 and on...Wow.

#41 Listener Supported, Roi's solo. Nothing else needs to be said.

Proudest Monkey (Studio Version because it is perfect) --the ending climax.

    Agree with the LS #41.

I'll add LIOG from SPAC 8/29/00 (LT 11???)

LT4 - Jimi Thing - I don't know the timestamp, but when Roi tears that solo up so hard it's like his sax is screaming... THAT is a jam peak!

I'm starting to notice a pattern here. Roi is the highlight of almost every peak.

Although Nancies from Central Park is really good with Boyd at the end.

OP way to nail everything in one concise and well written post. I could not agree with you more about the PM studio and the #41 from Listener Supported. He kills it on here. I'm re-listening to this specific performance right now for the first time in about a year and my mind is blown. Perfection!

When BT nails the LIOG solo and the band hits that "peak" while Boyd is wailing Way, there is NOTHING like it too me. A close 2nd is the last stop reprise which is the most powerful of them all. Live in Chicago is a nice version. Pretty much every version but the ones from 2010.

Man, I just gave #41 from listener supported a listen, and the band especially roi rock that version. It was only ten min and it was powerful. Its to bad they don't play it like that anymore..nowadays they drag out that slow ending and Dave doesn't do his little solo part...anyways great jam to end that song...as for other jam peaks, most of the others mentioned above I agree with, love pig's outro but another that comes to mind is the higher ground interpolation from two step at Camden n2 last year, that was a nifty twist at the end...crush also has had some powerful jam peaks (Lt 13 & 6) amongst a plethora of other

One of my favorites is Typical Situation...

    http://youtu.be/Y4XWDZu5Z-E

...at 11:35 in that video, when the band kicks back into the main riff from the Istanbul/Constantinople jam. Gets me every time.

    Re: Best DMB Jam Peaks

Most have been mentioned, but here are a few that come to mind:

-Ants (at the end). Not sure if this constitutes a jam, but the last part of the G, F#, Em descending riff is as good as DMB gets. Roi was so amazing on this part.

-Say Goodbye. Dave's vocals and the band. Amazing.

    -Stone (6-13-09)

    -Big Eyed Fish (7-16-10)

-Typical Situation. When it comes back "around" after the 1-2-3 jam.

-#41 (LS).....as good as it gets.

-Bartender. Right at the end of the last wail when Dave usually swings around on the beat and goes into the jam.

I'll agree to some Seek Up jams. More recently, Warren Haynes on #41 in AC. The build up of that song with him and Tim battling was pretty awesome.

Definitely one of the best I can think of. Roi is a mad man and Carter's 30 seconds leading up to the peak is amazing.
