I honestly dont think my sister would care if my fiancee and I were there or not. But my parents are a pain in the dick and love guilt tripping when I skip stuff. We skipped my other sisters cheerleading competition back in january so we felt obligated.

Ive been to a decent handful of musicals for my sisters between them in middle and high school, along with going to a couple when I was in HS, and im normally fine to sit thru them, but holy shit, this was terrible.

It wasnt even the kids either, like the musical itself was so poorly written, the lyrics to all the songs were absolute garbage, there was so much random unnecessary stuff that happened, they couldve easily cut 30 minutes off this thing. This shit was a broadway musical, right? Both my fiancee and I said the lyrics to the songs sounded like a high schooler wrote them when we left. I am just baffled at how bad this shit was, like I was seriously angry when I left because it straight up ruined my entire night, got there at 7ish for a 730 start, didnt get home til 1045.

Shoulda packed a flask, man. That's what they're for.

I eat lunch at 11am when I'm not working because that's when my gf takes lunch and comes over to wake me up.

I also take lunch at 11am when I am working because I eat breakfast at 4am.

Merchandise that adds swear words to try to be funny or clever. Lots of independent/local shops seem to add random swear words to greeting cards for some reason and it isn't funny. Like just adding a swear word to something is the laziest way to try and be funny.

I took theatre arts ninth grade year just because I needed an art credit. Worst class ever! I mean it was easy but it was incredibly stupid and weird as hell.
