Anyone Had Success Contacting DMB Warehouse Customer Service?
They sent my Dave & Tim tickets to the wrong address and FedEx failed to notify me that they were holding the package for 5 days before returning to sender as unclaimed. Long story short, the tickets return to DMB Warehouse on Monday the 23rd and they'd need to re-send to the correct address before the following Wednesday since I need the tickets for the show in Sugar Land, TX on the 25th. Their only form of contact is e-mail, which they don't appear to check it daily...and the contact phone number they have listed on the main page tells you to hang up and send an e-mail because they no longer accept calls. Has anyone ever had a ticket issue with the DMB Warehouse? Have you had success when contacting them? Would they issue me digital tickets because of this mess up?
