Had tickets to see him and Elton last night. First Elton was sick, now BJ is sick, so show was rescheduled for Feb. 25th.

The wait will be worth it. It's a real good time.

Big Billy Joel fan over here. I saw Big Shot, the Billy Joel cover band, at Toad's Place in New Haven a couple of weeks ago. Good show.

All for Leyna is one of my favorites, even if it does remind me of Bon Jovi's Runaway.

Leyna was 1980. Runaway was 1984.

    Billy wins

I keed. I love them both.

First concert I ever attended was Billy Joel at the Spectrum for the Storm Front tour. And what a perfect opener, "Matter Of Trust".

BJ's always been my favorite solo artist, got into him thanks to my older brother when growing up, who had all of his cassettes (then CDs). He was practically a religion in my house.

"The Stranger" is one of my favorite albums of all time. Billy Joel is awesome. I caught his show back in 98/99 and it was fantastic.

Fuck. I did that backwards. I meant that Runaway reminds me of Leyna. Bon Jovi gets no love from this guy.

You know how for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction? If Bruce Springsteen was New Jersey's action, Bon Jovi is the complete and totally opposite reaction.

Saw Elton John and Billy Joel at Citizens Bank Park this summer on the last night of that leg of the tour. Elton was good, but Billy really was exciting and fun to see. Completely stole the show. It was awesome.

Saw BJ during the run of shows at MSG a few years back. Literally, a more perfect show opener would be impossible to find: Angry Young Man.

That intense intro was just perfection at the Garden.
