This is so true. He is such a shitty dad, a shitty husband and frankly, not a very good fbi agent. And his partner is a putz, too.

    i think he's a fine agent.
you have to remember what they are trying to convey.

Or your long time neighbor and good friend. Yeah, you may be right but don't the good ones eventually sniff something out. He has had his suspicions, sure, but , mostly oblivious to stuff under his nose.

    yeah.
outside of season 1 and part of 2, Phil and Liz haven't done much to arose suspicion from Stan directly.

he should see it though, always working late, randomly gone for days...etc.

Man... how good has Agent Gaad been this season?

"Is the Kama Sutra that good?"

"They seduced... and married... my secretary."

"She's worked here for ten years. That... that's crazy."

His delivery has been spot on. How long until he gets shit-canned, though? lol.

Not gonna backread because Im behind (on season 2 ep 3 I think) but Im glad I saw this show thru. Half way through season 1 I almost gave up on it. It was good, but just barely doing it for me. Im a bit of a TV snob and dont watch a lot of stuff.

I stuck with it tho and season 1 ended very well. Season 2 started with a bang (fuck, that poor kid who went to the pool!)

definitely into the show now and glad Ive got some catching up to do

There was also a conversation between Beeman and Gaad (who is done at FBI and getting ready to go to Thailand with his wife). Gaad tells Beeman he has to try flipping Oleg. I think that took place after the mini golf shot.

Oleg is really the only person who can connect everything now.

Gotcha....and thanks both of you. I think I saw that Beeman scene and that is where it actually cut off.

And I will add, imo, that the scene came across to me , at least, as the parents extracting Intel from Paige . Like they were getting a run down from Paige and to me, the beginning of treating her like an agent.

Great episode. It did feel season finale-ish.

Did anyone else think when they flash forwarded to the golf that it was a pregnant Elizabeth at first. For a few seconds, I thought it was and that they had changed their appearance. Then I laughed at myself when I realized it was the pastor.

This happened to me, as well. I was like, "They've gone out of their way this entire time to not show how pregnant Keri Russell is and now all of a sudden she has a full-blown baby belly."

Six seasons seems about perfect for a show of this type. Should be the right amount of time to finish solid and not drag on or become watered down.
