well im excited about my 202 AAA now...have a rail in front of us, and dead center for dallas.

i havent been concerned about location this year bc im goin with 3 other ppl. if it were just me, i prob would have found another person to do VIP with me haha.

In '09 we almost got swept away. They pushed everyone under the awning, then the wind picked up and almost blew away the set. The crew was doing their best to cover everything, but to know avail. That was the same area where a tornado hit the cowboys practice field and killed somebody. Very crazy weather.

I remember leaving out for the show and looking over downtown Dallas at how dark it was. We were waiting under the pavilion when the loudest thunder I've ever heard hit and everyone cheered. I remember Dave saying they were gonna bring everyone from the lawn under the pavilion and he said security just went OH SHIT!

my girlfriend was in Forney with her brother (and his family)...they took this video as a tornado was leaving right by there house (about a mile away).

she's been talking to all kinds of news crews (CNN, HLN, Dallas Morning News, etc.) there was also a story released about a grandmother holding onto her grandson by his ankles - they were in a bathtub when this same tornado demolished her house. that baby boy is one of my girlfriend's cousins. luckily no one was severely injured and no one has died.

and yes my house (and my pups) were miles north of this area, so all is good.
