You do realize Calvin played for the Lions his first three years. He had different coordinators and bum QB's. Hakeem has been in the same offense with Eli surrounded by talent.
Even if Hakeem had out produced Calvin during that time. I'm obvious who is better. Name ONE thing Nicks does better than Calvin.
The NFL is an ever changing league. The passing games has really changed the last few years. I think it's more fair to compare what they did under those same rules.
2009-2011
Calvin Johnson: 45 Games - 240 Rec - 3,785 Yards - 33 TD
Hakeem Nicks: 42 Games - 202 Rec - 3,034 Yards - 24 TD
It's still pretty close no question. Johnson appears to be more of a Red Zone threat. I think most agree Nick is one of the better receivers in the NFL. With production being so close between the two. I think the tie breaker is just that Calvin is superior from a physical standpoint in every way possible.
