Ive been playing modern warfare 2 lately. Trying to get back in the swing of things. I was at one point very good at MW2, I still am better then average. Unfortunately, I really did not like Black Ops.

Just to clarify, MW3 has a very similar security system to BO. So when we're talking about bans, we're talking about bans from MW3. XBL and PSN aren't going to do anything about it, because it's their policy that if a store is stupid enough to break street date, it's their fault, not the consumers. But the MW3 bans did start rolling out last night/this morning. All of them are bans until launch time, local time. They probably will shut off the servers and do a clean swipe Monday morning, but again, that remains to be seen.

It's all good. We should have more room with this game too since alot of the regulars I played with jumped ship to Battlefied. You saw how we did things in Black Ops, and I have no doubts that we'll pick up right where we left off in MW3 so you're always welcome to join when we're both on and we have room.

And the best thing about it this time around is you can run the defensive killstreaks this time around and not feel like you're not contributing killstreak wise.

hopefully we'll see the glitches patched in similar speediness to BO

You definitely will, as there are three different studios (IW/Sledgehammer/Beachhead) monitoring multiplayer results at any given time, so the speed of finding glitches may even be faster than Treyarch. And like I said, the system in place is very similar to BOs, so pushing out a hotfix is just as easy.

i know, i love that about the point streaks. i know the streaks i will get will not be as good as the ones on assault, but at least i know i am doing my part. just as long as they have good guns in that class.

went to walmart at lunch because i had to pick up some water and diet coke. i went back to the electronics to see if they knew if they were going to have any hardened editions. of course it was pointless. they had no idea. they were friendly about it though. that would be the best place to pick it up monday night because the next closest would be 30 minutes away.

How many of you guys use a good headset to play? I have some Amazon credit coming my way next week, and I see a decent pair of Turtle Beaches for $50. Right now I just have the PS3 Blu-Tooth, which sucks.
