last 5 ('cause i almost never post in here and i've watched these all in the last week):
nausicaa: valley of the wind (another excellent entry from Miyazaki-san . . i've never seen a bad Miyazaki movie, and i've almost seen them all)
Grindhouse (fucking spectacular . . 'nuff said)
the illusionist (VERY good . . paul giamatti and ed norton were both great as usual, and jessica beil is soooo fine)
eragon (don't ask me why i even thought about watching it, seriously,, 'cause i don't know other than it was free . . it's absolute garbage, despite contributions from jeremy irons, john malcovitch, robert carlyle, and a $180-million budget [which did indeed provide for wonderful special effects and gorgeous sets] . . this is cinematic vomit, albeit very very pretty cinematic vomit)
the prestige (second time watching it . . was just as good as the first time, if not better)
