There's nothing like a naked phone, but I like a case, and so I like one that doesn't add too much bulk, and this does that. It's firm but flexible. Got that smooth rubbery feel that gives you some grip but isn't hard to pull out of your pocket. The buttons are great and there's zero interference for the camera or fingerprint sensor. In fact, it probably allows your finger to find it easier since there's a dip.
I also use this mount in my car, so I like to keep the magnet just sitting inside the case, rather than using the adhesive on the phone

Had it since Black Friday and still love it. It's still very fast and I like that it's not loaded down with bloatware, and you can remove what you don't want easier. The camera is incredible -- takes amazing low light photos without going into any special settings. The fingerprint sensor is probably my favorite. I never used it on the Galaxy S5 because it didn't work great, but this one does, and I love that it's on the back; very ergonomic. Google Assisant is very helpful as well.
I also like that you go into Settings and have "Support" right there with a button to call or chat, and you can just start basically texting with someone about any issues you're having right there on your phone. Also seems like with a Google phone you're closer to the updates. It has the latest software and I think it'll probably be one of the first phones to get anything new. That day when Wikileaks announced the vulnerabilities of devices, Google announced it had already looked into it and made security updates available on its devices. I checked as soon as I saw that article and mine was ready to go.
