My disappointment goes to what they call comparable. Same or slightly better seats (shift left or right, or a better row or tw) means comparable in my customers serve experience. 12 rows back and shifted out of center (row A seats were aisle seats on 101, closest to center section 102), these new seats....these are not good seats, comparatively.

That's so weird. I haven't gotten anything like that (yet). How'd you know your seat numbers, BTW? Did they tell you? I don't see mine on the WH, so I just know my section and row.
From what you're describing, that doesn't sound comparable at all. I guess the WH's argument would be that you paid for them before you knew where your seats would be, and these are in the same price range, so it's different than if you'd purchased those specific seats, but still, that would leave a terrible taste in my mouth. They should have given you equal or better in terms of both row and centrality. I agree with you, I'd see 102 F or closer as comparable to 101A, but not any other row in 101 or 103 that's farther from the center aisle.
