They are my favorite band. I was just asking the question seeing as it has been almost 3 years since the last album was released. Many bands have made two solid albums in that time.

In addition, for what it is worth, a new album doesn't get me that exited. The tour gets me excited. I am more interested in what they create with new and old songs, respectively, live on the road.

Wow this is a really odd combo of songs so far if it's true. I have no problem with it, but usually the album has only one or two themes, and this one seems to have quite a few.

Why would they put up the new album website if the album is 9 months away? That makes no sense. This is the same time frame they began giving info into stand up and that was a May release. I think it is close and they are just going to spring the release date on everyone suddenly.

I heard that Tim was going to be at every show this summer, does anybody know if this is true? If so, does anybody know if we are going to be seeing rashawn back this summer? (I didnt see him in the video that just came out)

Side note: that is going to be nuts if we have : dave, carter, boyd, stefan, leroi, butch, rashawn, and tim all summer long.

should be interesting.

I really didnt want Eh Hee to be apart of it, but after hearing that clip on the video that Dave and Roi talk about, I feel that Eh Hee fits right in and if they can make it as complex as that clip sounds then Ill be happy with it.

ok this is going to sound ridiculous, so to settle this:

my friend keeps insisting that it was announced that Willie Nelson was going to guest on a song on the new album, has anyone else heard this, or is my friend just BSing?

If you really look into it, i guess it could work since Willie is opening up a couple of shows for DMB this summer, but I just havent heard anything like this before.

(if he was guesing that would be pretty sweet)
