Re: To those who got the cheap standard shipping
Yesterday... I called UPS. I wasn't on hold at all, but despite the status of my package having an "origin scan," they claimed they never received it.
I then called MusicToday. I was on hold for 11 minutes. Then a guy named Scott answered the phone. I asked him what they said the status was. He said all he could see was an origin scan at UPS. I told him that UPS told me that they never received it. He said they probably lost it, refunded my shipping fee, and said he would get another package sent out to me as soon as possible.
According to UPS (as of last night), my copy of the Super Deluxe edition, with LT15 and my T-Shirt, has been rescheduled for delivery to my home by tomorrow (6/5/09). Well (as of this morning)... it still hasn't left Richmond, VA. It's been there since 6:36p 5/29, and it looks like it will stay there until God only knows when.
Now that MusicToday has already refunded my shipping fee (even if it hasn't been credited to my bank account yet), what else can be done? What will convince UPS to process my package beyond its "Origin Scan?"
