I think that's the 'chorus' part, or what you'd call the chorus. It's not much of one. I couldn't tell you any of the verses, really. Too difficult to make out, but I was trying to catch the chorus, and I really remember the Everybody get together... gonna make love shine part. I can hear Dave singing that part in my head.

Judging by the first 10 seconds we heard on the clip, i could see it working in the context of the song with the short lines. Its so hard to judge this way.

haha I'm saying that the way things are written here is not the way any finished album song would come out. I'm saying that things might make more sense in the ACTUAL wording. This just feels like one of those 'transcribed off of a live recording' ones like after 4/14 when we had the songs and some peoples lyrics were still WAYYY off

No, not really. I believe that the album is the album and anything I hear before May 26th is not going to affect it's effect on me. The first listen is the only one that matters and you only really hear 60% or so of what's really there on the first listen so I don't give a shit about what I hear now. I want anything I can get a.s.a.p. and if something like this actually affects what I think of the album then I'm an asshole

Rapunzel is an awesome song, but you're right, there's some silly lines in there when just read straight. But in the context of the song, it makes total sense and is completely awesome.
