I was wondering if your opinion of him changed at all. You were among the more critical of him in here prior to the game. Yeah, he's not perfect, but he's an absolute baller.

Of course, Mike Williams helped quite a bit last night. When he got going, Clemson finally got going.

yea i mean when you throw 3 INTs against Pitt, the worst secondary in the country, at home, it's going to take a herculean performance to change my mind about you

but that's exactly what he did last night. to put together that performance, against THAT defense, on that big of a stage, how can i not love that?

good for him and good for Clemson. They absolutely earned that NC.

Would glady take Watson with a second round pick. First pick of the draft will be Garrett or that QB from UNC.

If I was coming out of college and good enough to be considered a first overall pick, I would go the Elway or Eli route. No way I would play for the Browns.

no one is as highly touted as those guys though

with Elway's pedigree and Manning's last name, they had more pull than the average top CFB prospect

I actually wouldn't be against playing with Hue Jackson in Cleveland. With Pryor and Coleman at WR and Crowell running the ball, they have a pretty good situation for a QB to walk into. But no, they should take Myles Garrett at #1 and focus on a QB in the later rounds. There isn't a first round quality QB in the draft it seems.

I don't even know why I'm defending them. I feel like there are worse situations than playing for a decently high regarded offensive mind like Jackson and throwing the ball to Pryor and Coleman, having Joe Thomas protect your blindslide, and handing the ball off to Crowell.

if Watson ends up in Cleveland though, the AFC North will be the deepest division at the QB position

maybe the NFC East depending on what Wentz/Dak do next year

1) highly regarded? he was the OC for the spurrier redskins, petrino falcons, and cable raiders

2) literally has people searching in the garbage can for him

3) 33 receptions for 400 yards and 3 tds

4) is good but old

Isiah Crowell isn't that good...never had a 1,000 season and 4.3 yards/carry career average

Pryor remains to be seen

thomas I will grant. pryor and crowell are awful. as fantasy football teaches every year, someone is going to carry and catch the ball for every single team, no matter how bad they are.
