So over the past 2 years each member of the band has given a different answer on when the new album is going to be released. Do you think we'll see the new album this year or next year and what tracks do you hope make the album? My tracklist prediction is:

Brilliant prediction. How did you come up with this? Did you take all of the new songs and put them together?

They have one coming out in April, you can get it next week though if you get the code from the warehouse

This band won't have a new album until Spring 2018, if that at all....

When they went back to Lillywhite, I was encouraged and excited. They made their best DMB album in many years. Then they went back to Cavallo and I threw my hands up in the air and have lowered my expectations going forward. I'm tired of wondering when they'll record songs they should've recorded freakin' THIRTEEN YEARS AGO. I just eventually gave up with waiting. I don't know what their problem is, but I got tired of waiting for them to figure it out. I'm sure the inevitable "rare and unreleased tracks" box set will be nice.

I think when the band said they were taking a break, I think they genuinely meant they're taking a complete break. Other than the Dave and Tim tour, I don't think they're going to work on band related stuff.

I know a guy who works with Dave, he said they've been in the studio the last couple of months and we should be hearing news on the album within the week
