I've said it before. Next time one (a moped, or an asshole crotch rocker driver, whatever) cuts in front of me or does some other dangerous act in which I'm in a position not to do jack shit about to avoid it, I just might mistake that brake for an accelerator.

FWIW, streets are very disgusting here. I miss upstate NY. People just throw shit out right in front of cops and they don't do shit. So much garbage. It's worse now because they cut the grass near the sidewalks so all that shredded garbage is around.

Went to Red Robin over the weekend with the family. A few minutes into our meals, both kids have to go to bathroom so I take the boy and my wife takes the girl. We come back to our table a couple of minutes later to see the bus boy bussing our table. Too late at this point, it's completely cleared off. The fuck? Manager offered to recook and comp our meal, we declined because it was getting late and my kids turn into monsters near bed time. Walked out with half-empty stomachs and a gift card.

Unwarranted road rage. Yesterday, some dude rides up my ass while I'm passing an 18 wheeler, but apparently, I should be going faster than 15 miles over the speed limit so he's not inconvenienced. Asshole.

Texting while driving fucks.

Almost got killed yesterday b/c some douchebag was on the wrong side of the road coming around a corner. Yup, she was staring at her fucking phone. If I had looked away for a that second, I'd be dead.

This is just the latest incident... On the highway all the time there are people swerving all over the place - pull up along side and sure enough they are texting. Funny that it has gotten worse as it's becoming illegal.

This might sound douchey but I've started calling the cops on these types of people, or at the very least honking and telling them to get off it. People texting and driving is one of my all-time biggest irritants. Makes the roads infinitely more unsafe than they need to be.

The bolded happened to me yesterday.
I was in the left lane, which was also an exit only.
I was going about 70-75, in a 55, and there was a steady line of cars in front of me. I couldn't go any faster and I wasn't moving to the right b/c we were exiting.

Some idiot came up behind me and flew up right on me.
She was talking on her phone, not paying attention, so I may have hit my brakes pretty hard. Her phone went flying and she got all pissy.

No reason they can't board Premium Classes and Elites first. Wait 10 minutes for them to get settled, then board the rest of steerage back to front. In fact, when I flew Avianca the last time, this is what they did.

Obviously if I saw her phone fly, I was paying attention, even if she wasn't.

This EXACT thing happened to my fiancé and I yesterday.

The ones that tailgate you when you are behind someone slow just crack me up. As if I have the power to make them drive faster.

I once got road raged on by a guy who was at fault. I was cruising 75 in the middle lane on the highway, guy was getting on the highway doing about 60 then proceeds to cut into my lane forcing me to slam on my brakes. I threw one of my hands up in a "really??" kind of motion. He sees this and then slams on his brakes as hard as he can and motions with his hand forward as if to say "come on, hit me!!" while repeatedly hitting his brakes. I just laughed and moved lanes and then exited. Don't need to be anywhere near someone like that on the road. Worse part was his SUV was loaded with family. What kind of asshole puts their family at risk to prove a point?

The lane was only there because of construction and had no shoulder. I'm going 80 in a 55. Guy gets up behind me and rides my ass honking and flashing his lights. I tapped my brakes and proceeded to coast until I came to a stop. That guy was pissed!
I waited for him to get out of his car until I took off.
Might I add I did this in a car that was a piece of crap and I was the only one in it.

Yesterday we were turning left into a Starbucks across 2 lanes. There was a break in traffic, though right as we went to turn, a lady was coming out of the very next parking lot 100' away or so -- we still had plenty of time and room since she was pulling out from a stop. Our turn was pretty established already, and we're in a giant F-150 and she's in a little yellow Focus or something, but she went into ramming speed almost to prove a point, like 'why'd you turn RIGHT in front of me!' As she passed behind us, I noticed she had a pretty young child in the front seat. Dumb fuck.

This goes back to my irritant about the carpool lane here and how so many people don't understand them. Just last week someone was behind me flashing their lights at me as if I should get over -- even though crossing the double solid white line is illegal and you're not required to move over for a faster car; that's what the fast lane, next to the HOV, is for. I waved and he ended up breaking the law himself to pass.
