    Fucking amazing show...the vocal harmonies are absolutely brilliant.

    Saw them at Bonnaroo after listening to the record for 7 months and absolutely loved it. I feel like they could be an excellent band for a long time. I don't see Justin Vernon subscribing to any kind of one sound.

    if you like bon iver, you guys should check out volcano choir. they essentially take bon iver's vocals and put new music to them. their rendition of woods is phenomenal, they re-title it "Still".

    I know the guy in Volcano choir Tom. Very good muscian, but kind of a dick @ times. I enjoy All Tiny Creatures alot better on Zod records.

    I just downloaded all of Justin Vernon's back catalogue. Listened to Self Record tonight. It's pretty good. Not as good as any Bon Iver stuff, but a nice enough listen. Can't wait to hear the rest.

    No Vernon isn't quitting...he just is on hiatus I guess. I think he's making a new record, but from recent interviews I assume Bon Iver is done...one interview had a question like "if you could have anything in the world right now, what would it be?" and he responded with something like "to never hear about Bon Iver again!" or something to that effect.
