Rome played it off great. I was laughing when I hung up. "See Clones, that's how you do it. If you call in and get lost in your take, you need to flame out or risk getting run..." It's funny anyway, but it was funnier knowing he was talking about me.

The second one I just had a take on Ohio State football. Of course they came out and sucked the next weekend.

So, apparently they're in talks about a Top Gun sequel and Rome spent about 10 minutes ranting about it last hour. I started tearing up because I was laughing so hard. They played Kenny Loggins in the background the whole time and Rome was talking about how fat Val Kilmer's gotten.

I love Jim Rome, he created a cocky, arrogant persona as a gimmick (right?) ... I never watch or listen to him. Used to though. Then I saw the opening of todays show and loved what he had to say.
