This show premieres in the fall on HBO and I can't wait. It's from Martin Scorsese and the writer from the Sopranos Terence Winter. It takes place in Atlantic City during the prohibition and stars the greatest actor to ever grace television, Michael Kenneth Williams aka Omar from the Wire. What more could you possibly ask for?

Plus Steve Buscemi's in it too. And I think I saw that Scorsese actually directed at least one of the episodes. I'm pumped up for this show. I hope it lives up to the hype because a lot of the shows I watch religiously have ended over the past few years.

I was gonna make this thread a couple weeks ago when I saw tthis before True Blood. This looks like it could be the best HBO show in a while. Can't wait.

Saw a trailer yesterday and it looks like it has serious potential. Who doesn't like old gangster stories? You know, when gangsters were legitimate.

I read your post like three times thinking, 'Yeah? Is September not after August anymore?' Then I got really confused and went over the months in my head just making sure I wasn't an idiot...then got more confused, then realized I said week.

Being hungover at work when it's 100+ degrees outside isn't the best for my brain.

The clip of Omar being Omar, but in a suit is enough to get be to watch this show. Everything else is just icing on the cake.
