pulled a sample of my Rye IPA on Friday. It's down to 1.013 and at 6.7%, right where I want it. Dry hopped it with an ounce of Citra and an ounce of Amarillo. Will do it again Monday night, cold crash it Thursday, keg it Friday and start drinking Saturday
The sample tasted fantastic. Really excited for this one
