Court of Owls mixed with the return of Jason Todd as the Red Hood would be amazing. I could see all the rogues making their way in throughout the movie only to find out Joker is really the main villain that simply used the Court of Owls to mess with Batman. Jason Todd returns and is forced back into action with Bruce towards the end. Bruce has to tame Jason and try and keep him from killing the Joker.
