I've never had problems with carbs/grains/whatever so I didn't really notice any real benefits myself to cutting them out, but I think you're supposed to try it for a whole month and then see how you feel. I don't think I lasted that long.
I've read articles about people who believe in it and others who claim that it offers no real benefit. I'm on the fence about it.

I haven't read too far into it but from what I'm told, it's an elimination of wheat/rye/barely. I certainly think I could withstand not having any grains.
