I hear you, but it works.
No idea about the science of it.
My sister came across it on a trip she took and thought of me. I have had so much trouble sleeping my whole life. My go-to was always ambien or tylenol pm or drinking until I blacked out.
All I'm saying is: if there are people here that can't sleep, they should give this a shot, it's worth it.
