The ibuprofen in Advil can be hard on your stomach and kidneys over time. Especially if you are taking other anti-inflammatory pain relievers for every day aches and pains throughout the day. As for NyQuil..... NyQuil NyQuil NyQuil, I love you, you giant fucking Q!! anyone???
