My tickets indicate a start time of 7:30pm so I assume by 8pm. The show will not go past 11pm curfew.
As far as mass transit, I can only go but what others have posted in previous years. There are shuttles (some will be school buses) to and from the train station. They will have a sign on the bus...this is from PNC site.
