O boy,

Ive had this problem I startted taking Advil PM because I loved how tired it would make me b/c i would definatly have a tough time falling asleep at night otherwise.. problem is is that its not good to have to depend on things to fall asleep.. its a natural thing your body needs to do every night.. i suggest three things: 1. get your body on a schedule.. 2. dont eat sugary or caffenated products before you go to sleep.. and 3. make your bed as comfy as possible.. I have slowly been cutting back my dependency on these types of sleep aids and now I am down to 1 melatonin eveery night, pretty soon I should be able to do it without that stuff
