This is really specific but...
There's this road by my house that goes from two lanes to one, and right after the merging zone there's a road on the right. This car kept slowing down and staying in the right but wasn't using a turning signal so I didn't know if he really was turning or not. I didn't want to pass him either in case he really wasn't turning, and then we'd be two wide on a single lane road.
So I guess people that don't use turning signals. It's not hard, douche.
