Kind of a big thing I've forgotten to mention: you pick killstreaks for each class, not for the match. So if you get into a match and you're getting crushed, and your primary class has really high killstreaks, you can switch to a backup class with lower or support killstreaks.

The one thing I'm not liking about killstreaks at the moment is that they both stack and are cyclical. So again, as soon as you get your top killstreak, your streak starts over. So if you're on a dominant team where your teammates can keep you alive while using killstreaks, there's no reason why your ac-130 can't get you another ac-130, and so on, until you die.
